8 Days/7 Nights of meditation, healing, self-defense training, spiritual exploration and recreation in Costa Rica.
Package includes airfare, accomodations, food, activities, classes, presentations, recreation and lots of fun...! (you will need your passport).

Activities include: white water rafting, visiting the La Paz waterfalls, Poas volcano, more hiking through the rain forest, kayaking, swimming, snorkeling, surfing, therapeutic mud baths, tour of the organic farm & garden, arts crafts, chocolate making, observing giant turtles in their natural ritual of nesting, also dolphin tour. Classes include Arnis Yoga, Tai Qi, Qi Gong and Tui Na Massage.

Meals will be from Punta Mona, a self sustained farm, organic fruits and vegetable, grains and fresh local seafood.
Don't forget, we get to make our own chocolate...!!! Bring snacks (granola, nuts, power bars, etc.).

Retreat price is $1500 per person. A $500.00 deposit is due April 1st, 2007.
